I could write a book! Been with me for the last 10+ years throughout my weight loss journey and I’m not done yet! You are super knowledgeable about the body and how it connects as well as understanding how the mental /emotional piece works in weight loss... you are the ultimate professional! You exhibit great energy. You are a student of the world! You always push yourself to get better so your clients can benefit! All in all, you are a tremendously extraordinary human being who I call my brother!
Coach Lou has been a great motivator for improving your health, strength, and well being and he leads by example. His life has been an example of how he cares for himself and others.
He works to help you achieve your goals, he takes a personal interest in your life and I have needed that to meet my health goals as well as strength goals.
I can say he is awesome and he always gives his undivided attention when you are in his class. Love this trainer. I’ve had some of the best trainers in this town and he’s one of the best I have had and once I kick Cancer’s ass I’m coming back to let him kick my ass so I can be fit again!!!!!
What can I say about Coach Lou’s boot camp?
I couldn’t move as fast as everyone else and keep up with the class. Coach Lou pulled me aside and encouraged me not to try to go at the pace of his regulars, but at my own pace. He never made me feel out of place or my presence unwanted. However, he made sure I put in that work at the pace my body would allow me to go. I survived! I hurt, but I survived! Thank you!
An awesome trainer who actually cares! Lou focuses on quality over quantity which is so important. He has an understanding of the fact that everyone is different, and that workouts and nutrition plans cannot be the same for every person. I appreciate the fact that he is getting to know me and we are working on a plan to get to where I want to be
Coach Lou is the absolute best trainer ever. I attended several boot camp classes that he lead and I must say that I’ve never pushed myself beyond my limits as I did in his class. Coach Lou was a great motivator, very energetic, demonstrated tough love, and most importantly modeled hard work. I have never been dedicated and consistent in exercise and I most certainly attribute that to Coach Lou. He will change your whole life!
Coach Lou was my personal trainer at CFA corporate for almost 6 years. He was a great motivator and always a positive influence even through all our groups whining. Coach Lou is great with all ages and can certainly get you into awesome shape!!!

You can start at any time. Any of the programs you join will start from day 1 so you won't have missed anything
Absolutely not. The beauty of training like an Athlete is that you have to be good at many aspects of fitness. This is why the program is varied with circuits, various weight and resistance methods, rehabilitation and pre-habilitation all included. We also now have our 'body composition' programs in addition to our 'performance' programs. These are aimed at either fat loss or muscle gain as opposed to sports performance.
